After graduating with a BS in Building Construction, she moved to the Rockies for a winter ski season, which turned into eight years of full time residence. While in Colorado, she lived in Breckenridge for four years and the Vail Valley for an additional four years. In between skiing, rafting and hiking, she also gained invaluable experience working in Real Estate, Property Management, Insurance, and Custom Homebuilding. Eventually, Holly and her husband, a Charlotte native, decided it was time to get back to their southern roots and chose the Queen City to call home.
