I have learned this painfully with my child growing up in the LDS community. With me it's less about taking my time and more about the mental drain. They have heavy-handed laws, free handouts, unfair advantages for getting jobsвa loud feminist illusion spoon fed to them.
We moved city over 6 months ago which was in the best interests of her career as well as mine. It should be our time with boys. So it is going to be over anyway. And I don't mean my good friend Satan. Hopefully this helped a little bit.
You've made good points about not bringing up the CES letter or anything that could be called "anti-mormon. Sexuality is the enemy of romance, and romance is amazing. She, her family, and her friends all believe that she can't get into the Celestial Kingdom VIP Heaven unless she is "sealed" to a Mormon husband. She cried when you proclaimed your love of goodness because, in part, it was a sign that you weren't broken and desperate for Mormonism.
Best of both worlds if you ask me. What she taught is different from what the essays admit happened. The brethren have taught that there is an ideal pattern for marriage.
